Same-Day Reports
Your comprehensive final inspection report, which includes a detailed description of deficient items, will be delivered to you the day of the inspection on-site or electronically for review.
Continuing Support
Our job isn’t done when the report is delivered. We also want to be certain that our clients understand everything in their report. We pride ourselves on our continued customer support even long after the inspection and are always happy to answer any questions we can about the inspection and your home.

Home Watch Services
Services included:
- Walk through of the entire home, inside and outside Inspecting all plumbing, electrical, A/C, appliances etc.
- Checking windows, doors, ceilings and floors for leaks or water damage
- Check mail; forward to different address if desire
- Ensure that all vendors that regularly come on property are in fact providing the services that they are supposed to provide. All contact information is needed for housekeeper, landscaper, pool cleaner, etc.
- Emergency contact for police and fire alarm company available 24 hours
- Start cars in garage and run them regularly
- Will prepare home for owners’ arrival and departure as desired (Put all lawn furniture out, cushions, set AC to proper temp, set Pool heater)
- Hurricane plan of action and availability immediately following a storm
- Check all lights and replace as needed
- Report any items that need to be replaced restocked to owner and take action as needed
- Coordinate with renters/ VRBO clients
- Schedule housekeeper
